Most ecommerce accounts have the same fixable problems: the wrong products are getting the budget, Performance Max is running without proper signals, search terms are too broad, and margin is completely ignored by the campaign structure. Then I’ll tell you that. I have no interest in manufacturing problems that do not exist. If your account is genuinely well-structured and performing strongly, you will leave with confirmation that you are in good shape. That is still a useful 20 minutes.
Google reps are incentivised to increase your spend. Their job is to grow Google’s revenue. My job is to make your spend more profitable, which often means cutting waste and redistributing budget, not adding more of it. Those are completely different motivations and you will get completely different advice.
